I think many people are waiting for the notice so that they can appeal their taxes.

So, this is very helpful information.

Brian - and many won't receive one  ..... you can't actually appeal your taxes ..... Barrie has seen many people show up at an assessment appeal saying their taxes are to high ..... the only thing you can appeal is your assessment which will affect your taxes
